Well, we have some news for you. For the third year in a row, The 13th Door haunted house has been voted one of America's Best Haunted Houses. That means we are in the Top 13 haunted houses in the nation. That also means that the 13th Door is considered the #1 haunted house in the Denver Metro Area!

So what makes The 13th Door such a good haunted house?

First it's the actors. No matter how great you build a haunted house, it really comes down to the people delivering the scares. High-tech effects, lights and sounds help, but they are not a substitute for a live person when it comes to surprising you. The 13th Door has great actors.

It really means a lot to us that people keep coming year after year and typically many times each year to see the hard work and great entertainment that is served at The 13th Door haunted house. What started out a just a bunch of friends getting together to try something fun, has transformed itself into a Denver haunted house landmark.

We are very greatful to those that come to be scared, those that do the scaring, and everyone that works behind the scenes to make Denver's best haunted house experience.

2012 Littleton Zombie Sidewalk Crawl & Pig Roast

2012 Littleton Zombie Sidewalk Crawl & Pig Roast

Want to prepare for the coming Zombie Apolypse?

Tear up some clothing, pour on some blood and join the professional talent from many of the Denver Haunted Houses at 2012 Littleton Zombie Sidewalk Crawl & Pig Roast.

Zombies big and small are invited to assemble at The Adventures in Dance studio (Woodlawn Shopping Center) at Noon on Saturday and touch up your decrepidness in preparation for the march through Historic Downtown Littleton at 1:00pm.

Participants will, hopefully, end their crawl at The Reinke Bros. Haunted Mansion (5663 S. Prince Street) where all those in costume will be treated to a feast of roasted pig to satiate their thirst for flesh and blood.

The parade will be led by a New Orleans Style Funeral Jazz Band and start West down Littleton Blvd to Main and then S Rapp St. At the half-way point the crowd will smell cooking Pig Flesh and turn South to W Alamo Ave. and then proceed East to S Prince St. As the smell of swine grows stronger, the hoard will turn North and with renewed vigor stumble their way into the The Haunted Mansion parking lot. The entire length of the crawl is about 1.2 miles.

Food, Prizes, and photo opportunities will reward all those who kick off the cobwebs and raise from their coffins for the event.

ZOMBIE INSTRUCTIONS: October 6st @ Noon, come in costume, ready to crawl at Adventures in Dance (1500 W Littleton Blvd Littleton, CO 80120) at Noon. The crawl starts at 1:00pm.
